SECURE DOCUMENT COLLABORATION

UPLOAD – TIMESTAMP – SIGN

The Secure Document Collaboration [SDC] module enables users to upload, timestamp, digitally sign, countersign, encrypt and securely store any kind of digital information such as Documents, Certificates, CAD-drawings, Contracts as well as raw meta data in the form of json/xml in a Document Container that is secured in the Public Blockchain. The Document Container can be securely shared with other specific users or publicly, for a specified time period.

Secure Document Collaboration is offered as a Software as a Service, enabling any organization to quickly and cost-effectively start using the SDC services. The SDC PaaS is a Platform as a Service enabling organizations to integrate the SDC services in their own systems and products via our partner API.

Secure Document Collaboration can be used for digitally signing documents and document containers, for example a Custom Clearing can be signed by a Customs Authority, or a technical certification organization can sign a digital document container, containing all relevant test protocols.

FUNCTIONALITIES

UPLOAD

Users can upload documents and create Digital Document Containers to store multiple documents and corresponding data in a provenly secure manner, i.e. timestamped, digitally Signed, encrypted and auditable.

TIMESTAMP

All individual documents as well as document containers are automatically timestamped in the Public Blockchain to secure the creation date and time of the document. This timestamp proves the existence of the document at a certain point in time.

SIGN

SDC users can digitally sign individual documents as well as sign document containers with their verified UNISOT ID Self Sovereign Identity. This securely proves the identity of the user who uploaded the documents and who created the document container.

SHARE

SDC enables organizations and users to manage the secure distribution of their information. Document and document containers can be securely shared with other organizations, specific users or publicly, for a specified time period.

NOTARIZE

Users can ask other users, organizations and authorities to digitally countersign i.e. “Notarize” documents  and document containers, f ex a Custom Clearing can be signed by a Customs Authority, or a technical certification organization can sign a digital document container, containing all relevant test protocols.

SAAS/PAAS

SDC is offered both as a Software as a Service (SaaS) for direct user access to the SDC system via a secure web application, as well as a Platform as a Service (PaaS) for back-end system access via our Partner API.

INTEGRATIONS

UNISOT ID

The UID module enables users to have sole ownership of their Digital Identities, as well as full control over how their personal data is shared and used. This adds a layer of security and flexibility allowing the identity holder to only reveal the necessary data.
